Got some sun this weekend

Saturday:
I didn't take pictures yet, but I spent most of the weekend outside and got some sun and sore muscles. I decided to weed the walkway and yard so that we can put some new seeds/manure down to fix some bare spots. Greg's dad and I spent about an hour pulling weeds and filled a bucket up. Then Greg and his dad cleaned out the dog run and took down the old dog house that Zoe doesn't use. After all that we spent time playing in the wading pool with Connor.

Sunday:
Greg, Kiley, Megan and myself decided to get a little target practice in and took turns shooting clays. It started getting hot so we headed back home.

Monday:
I woke up on Monday with sore arms, back, thighs, quads, back, fingers, toes, legs, head, eyes, sunburn neck, sunburn back.....ouch. After working 12 hours, I took a hot shower and some meds and need to sleep off the soreness.

That shows me that I need to a) get more work in on a regular basis so I don't hurt when doing chores, or b) get a honey do list that is longer and sit and sidewalk supervise (I learned that from mom).

Ok, well its time for me to get some sleep. I need to work again in the morning.

Hi K-K,I love that you are writting again, I have missed you. So, what is clay shooting exactly? Sounds fun anyway. I want to see picts of your yard and house. Have you painted the new room or Conner's? How is Greg? Has he had the special surgery yet. Conner is getting so big and cute. When are you planning number two? I have to wait two more years and can barely stand it! We have already picked out names for our next four kids. Of course Brian tells me I am dreaming and that if number two is a boy, we are done. I will talk him into more though, I bet. Well, looking foward to Halloween for our traditional drive across town to spend with your family. You have the best candy filled neighborhood and the best haunted houses! Zoey is going to love it this year! I think we will dress her as a little fairy. I just need a little set of purple wings. Love you, Jenn Sue

Hi,
I love to hear from you guys and to find out what's going on in your family. Is Connor loving kindergarten, I bet he is one of the smartest kids. I've only shot a gun one time, it was when Brett took me out once in Vegas to the desert and shot at cans. Can't wait for more pics of your family.

Hi K-K, thanks for updating your blog with new info. It is fun to do yard work. I helped out Dad and Barry last weekend pulling weeds, watering the flower beds, and fertilizing the grass. We have had nice weather here. Today me and the kids put on bathing suits and rain through the sprinkler hose that Dad uses to water the grass. We made a picnic and ate outside on the deck. It was actually a little too hot for Oregon. Mom says that September is really a nice month. We are cleaning bedding and trying to get rid of the lice problem. Rhiannon got sent home from school again because the nurse found four more nits. She has missed a week of school. We have to comb her hair with the special comb twice a day. Tiffany will reshampoo with the lice stuff tonight. Sounds like fun??!!

Clay targets are the ones that you throw into the air and try to shoot with the shotgun. Like on t.v. sporting shows. Greg is really good and throwing them with the plastic flinging thing (I don't know what its called). Then Kiley usually gets a few good shots in and hits them before the clays hit the ground.

Its been almost a week since I weeded the backyard and I'm just now feeling better, I almost went to the doctor because the backs of my legs hurt so bad.

OK, talk to you guys later,
KK
